The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. leased the entirety of 1200 Milik St. in Carteret, a 150,000-square-foot industrial building, to an undisclosed food purveyor. Jordan Metz, senior vice president, of the Metz Industrial Group at BRC, represented the tenant. The landlord, CenterPoint Properties , was represented by KBC Advisors . 'After an exhaustive search within the port-proximate New Jersey region, our client selected 1200 Milik St. in Carteret to expand and service its growing business,' Metz said.
